  • Misleading or false claims regarding job roles, salaries, benefits, or working conditions are strictly prohibited.
  • While we review postings, we do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or claims made in advertisements
  • You must ensure that advertisements/job postings posted to our websites and apps are posted to the appropriate category of our websites and apps. It is your responsibility to ensure that you familiarise yourself with the advertising requirements of each available category to ensure appropriate placement of job posting.
  • Every advertisement you post on our websites and apps must represent a legitimate, paid job opportunity that is currently available at the time of posting and actively being recruited for. We reserve the right to request any information necessary to verify the authenticity of the job listing.
  • You must ensure that all information entered into data fields during the advertisement classification process accurately corresponds to the relevant category. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove any information that does not comply with this requirement.

For placement of advertisement on the platform

From time to time, we may make promotional offers available to you. Unless expressly stated in the offer terms, a promotional offer cannot be transferred to another party. Any breach of the terms of a promotional offer (which includes transferring the offer to another party where not expressly permitted) will constitute a breach of these Terms.

1.     Advertising Materials

The Advertiser is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data, spelling, graphic placement, photo quality, color, and content in the Advertising Materials before providing final approval for publication. By approving the final proof, the Advertiser acknowledges and accepts full accountability for any subsequent errors, defects, or inaccuracies in the approved Advertising Materials. The Parties expressly agree that Da Ka (DK) shall bear no responsibility or liability for such errors, defects, or inaccuracies once approval is granted, as approvals are final, non-reversible, and binding. Additionally, the Parties further acknowledge and accept that minor deviations in colors or designs between the published materials and the submitted Advertising Materials are deemed acceptable and shall not serve as grounds for a complaint, claim, or liability under this policy.

2.     Use of the App and Website

The Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that the App and website may occasionally experience limitations, delays, or periods of inaccessibility or inoperability for various reasons, including without limitation: (a) equipment malfunctions; (b) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs that Da Ka (DK) may perform; or (c) causes beyond Da Ka (DK)’s control or not reasonably foreseeable by Da Ka (DK), such as interruptions or failures in telecommunication transmission links, hostile network attacks, Internet congestion, or other failures. Furthermore, the Advertiser acknowledges that Da Ka (DK) is under no obligation to support or maintain the App and website.

3.     Advertisement Services Fees

The Advertiser agrees to pay the advertising fees (“Fees”) as communicated by Da Ka (DK) through written correspondence (such as email or quotation), or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing. Full pre-payment of Fees is required prior to the publication of any advertisements, unless Da Ka (DK) explicitly waives this requirement in writing.

All Fees are exclusive of GST. Where GST applies, it will be charged at the prevailing rate in addition to the Fees. All payments must be made in full, without any withholding, deductions, offsets, or counterclaims of any kind.

4.     Non-Payment and Enforcement

If the Advertiser fails to make payment in accordance with the terms of this policy, Da Ka (DK) reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including but not limited to the rescheduling, suspension, cancellation, or termination of the Advertiser’s campaign or this policy.

The Advertiser shall be liable to pay interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month, or the maximum rate permitted under applicable law, whichever is lower. Interest will accrue from the date payment became due until full settlement and must be paid in addition to the overdue Fees.

The Advertiser also agrees to reimburse Da Ka (DK) for all reasonable costs incurred in recovering unpaid amounts, including legal fees, court costs, and expenses associated with third-party collection agencies or enforcement actions.

If any Fees remain unpaid beyond the specified due date, or if this policy is terminated for any reason (including breach, mutual agreement, or convenience), all outstanding amounts—whether invoiced or not—shall become immediately due and payable in full. This applies as of the earlier of (a) the original invoice date, or (b) the effective date of termination.

The Advertiser’s obligation to pay is absolute and unconditional. No dispute, offset, counterclaim, or defence shall delay or reduce the Advertiser’s responsibility to pay the full amount owed.

5.     Cost Recovery and Fee Adjustments

Da Ka (DK) reserves the right to charge the Advertiser for all reasonable costs incurred in connection with Marketing Content or a campaign, including in the event the Advertiser terminates the agreement early, even if such costs were not specifically itemised in advance.

Da Ka (DK) retains full discretion in determining applicable Fees for advertising services. Any initial quotes, estimates, or statements provided before the final invoice are non-binding and subject to adjustment. Final invoiced amounts may be revised to reflect:

  • Actual costs incurred during campaign development or execution
  • Administrative or creative service costs
  • Changes requested by the Advertiser after agreement

All such adjustments shall be binding on the Advertiser and payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

6.     Amendments & Refund Policy

If the Advertiser requests changes to the Advertising Materials after approving the final proof(s), Da Ka (DK) reserves the right to charge additional fees for implementing such amendments. Da Ka (DK) will provide written notice of the estimated costs, and will only proceed with the requested changes upon receiving the Advertiser’s explicit written approval.

Any additional fees incurred will be invoiced to the Advertiser in accordance with the payment terms specified in the relevant contract or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing, including applicable deadlines and payment methods.

The Advertiser expressly agrees that all fees paid for Marketing Content are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract. Da Ka (DK) retains sole discretion in evaluating and granting any refund requests. If a refund is approved, the Advertiser remains liable for all costs incurred by Da Ka (DK) up to the point of cancellation. These costs will be determined based on the scope of services rendered prior to the refund request and invoiced to the Advertiser for immediate settlement.

7.     Taxes and Indemnification

The Advertiser shall bear full responsibility for all withholding taxes, as well as any other applicable taxes, duties, levies, or charges imposed by relevant authorities under applicable laws, regulations, or directives in connection with any payments made to Da Ka (DK). The Advertiser is solely responsible for calculating, withholding, and remitting such taxes to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.

The Advertiser is also primarily responsible for the accurate and timely submission of all required tax filings, declarations, and supporting documents—including but not limited to certificates of residency—to relevant tax authorities, as required under applicable law. Da Ka (DK) shall not be liable for any failure by the Advertiser to meet these obligations.

The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Da Ka (DK), including its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, from and against any taxes, penalties, interest, fines, charges, costs, expenses, or liabilities incurred by Da Ka (DK), whether directly or indirectly, as a result of:

  • the Advertiser’s failure to comply with tax obligations,
  • breaches of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, or directives,
  • or enforcement actions, audits, or third-party claims relating to such non-compliance.

This indemnity shall survive the expiration or termination of this policy.

8.     Termination & Payment Obligations

Da Ka (DK) reserves the right to suspend or terminate this policy with immediate effect by providing written notice to the Advertiser under any of the following circumstances:

  • Non-Payment: If the Advertiser fails to pay any invoiced Fees in full within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
  • Material Breach: If the Advertiser materially breaches any of its representations, warranties, or obligations under this policy, including violations of applicable laws, advertising content standards, or compliance requirements.
  • Reputational Risk: If Da Ka (DK), in its reasonable discretion, determines that the Advertiser’s actions or omissions may cause reputational harm, damage Da Ka (DK)’s goodwill, or negatively affect its public image.

In the event of termination due to any of the above:

  • All outstanding Fees owed under this policy shall become immediately due and payable.
  • The payable amount shall be based on the earlier of (a) the invoice date or (b) the effective date of termination.
  • The Advertiser shall remain liable for all Fees accrued up to and including the termination date, as well as any interest, enforcement costs, legal fees, or other reasonable expenses incurred by Da Ka (DK) in collecting such amounts.

The Advertiser’s obligation to pay these amounts is absolute and unconditional. No dispute, counterclaim, set-off, or defence shall delay, reduce, or negate this liability. Da Ka (DK)’s enforcement of this clause does not limit its right to pursue additional legal or equitable remedies, including but not limited to claims for damages, specific performance, or injunctive relief.

9.     Termination for Cause

Without affecting Da Ka (DK)’s rights under the Termination & Payment Obligations clause above, either Party may terminate this policy with immediate effect by giving written notice to the other Party if any of the following events occur:

  1. The other Party commits a material breach of this policy that is capable of being remedied but fails to do so within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice specifying the breach. Termination shall take effect at the end of this 30-day period unless the breach is cured within that time;
  2. The other Party becomes insolvent, is unable to pay its debts as they fall due, or is subject to a moratorium on debt obligations;
  3. A creditor, receiver, trustee, encumbrancer, or similar party takes control of, or is appointed over, any substantial part of the other Party’s assets, property, or business operations;
  4. Any action, petition, or proceeding is commenced for bankruptcy, judicial management, liquidation, winding-up, or administration of the other Party, or for the appointment of a liquidator (including a provisional liquidator), receiver, trustee, or similar officer;
  5. Compliance with any material obligation under this policy becomes unlawful under applicable law.

Upon termination under this clause:

  • All rights and obligations of the Parties shall immediately cease, except for those which by their nature survive termination, including but not limited to payment obligations, confidentiality, indemnities, and dispute resolution clauses.

10.  In the event of termination of this policy for any reason:

1.     All payments due between the parties, accrued up to and including the termination date, shall be paid in full on or before the effective termination date;

2.     The Advertiser shall remain fully liable to Da Ka (DK) for all Fees and costs related to Marketing Content that was (i) delivered to the Advertiser or (ii) completed by Da Ka (DK) or its third-party vendors before the termination date; and

3.     Any outstanding amounts or continuing payment obligations under this policy shall survive termination and remain enforceable until fully settled.

11.  Termination by Da Ka (DK) for Reputational Risk

Da Ka (DK) may terminate this policy with immediate effect by written notice to the Advertiser if Da Ka (DK), in its reasonable discretion, determines that the Advertiser's conduct, content, or practices may:

  • Cause harm to Da Ka (DK)’s reputation, or
  • Negatively affect Da Ka (DK)’s public image, goodwill, or brand integrity.

If this policy is terminated due to the Advertiser’s breach, then all outstanding Fees shall become immediately due and payable, calculated as of the earlier of:

  • the invoice date, or
  • the effective termination date.

12.  Modifications to the Policy

  • We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify advertisers of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes required by law, or needed to protect users (for example, against scams), may take effect immediately. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13.  Disclaimer

The App does not endorse or guarantee the validity of any advertisements or job postings. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and perform due diligence when interacting with advertisers.

14.  Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. The Advertiser and Da Ka (DK) submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15.  Indemnity

The Advertiser shall indemnify and hold harmless Da Ka (DK) and its directors and employees against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) any advertisement or material the Advertiser submits, whether or not it is published; (b) the Advertiser’s breach of this policy or any applicable law, including employment, anti-discrimination, personal data and intellectual property laws; and (c) the Advertiser’s dealings with any candidate or user who responds to its advertisement.

16.  Contact Information
